Q5

Why do I no longer receive the research documents as an email attachment?

Our research publications can be of considerable size. In order to reduce network load and the use of limited resources, as well as your inbox space, we now send html links to the documents. The "document” link in the email takes you to the research documents on our UniCredit Research Portal. Our system automatically recognizes the personalized link so you can open the document without the need to enter your username or password.

If the document doesn't open or any other problems occur please contact globalresearch@unicredit.de

Q6

Research emails on Bloomberg: Why does the document link not open?

When reading UniCredit Research publication emails on Bloomberg, the link to the full “Document” might not be clickable. If this is the case, please click on “79) Show in Rich Text” or, even better , “74) Default to Rich Text for Sender”. Then, clicking on the link to the “Document” will open the full Research publication.
